What we collect

What you write in the forms of this site: your name, your phone number and / or e-mail address, your message, what you are looking for (area, bedrooms, budget) and the number of the property you ask about.

To limit repeated sending we keep not your internet address (IP) itself but a one-way digest of it for that day.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why, and on what legal ground

To answer your request, to tell you about suitable properties and to arrange a viewing or a meeting. Legal ground: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest (Turkish Law No. 6698, art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f).

Who receives it

Your request for a property (kind, area, rooms, budget, your note) may be passed to our partners in Bali and Türkiye without your contact details; if a suitable proposal comes, we contact you ourselves.

Your requests are passed to the system of our partner Noventura, where our customer records are kept. A request about a property in Bali may be passed to the partner presenting that property so that it can be answered.

The site and its database run on hosting providers with servers abroad (Vercel, Supabase); your data may be kept on those servers.

How long we keep it

At most two years after your request is closed; longer only where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the Law you may ask whether your data is processed, ask for information, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and object to the processing. Send your request in writing to the e-mail or postal address above; it is answered within thirty days at the latest.
